The Battle for Your Destiny

Becoming a Deliverer for Your Generation.

There was a war in heaven where Michael and his angels fought against the devil and his demons, and the devil was cast out of heaven (Revelation 12:7-9). We see here that spiritual warfare did not begin on earth. When the enemy was cast out of heaven, he lost his position and place in heaven. The Bible says his place was no longer found in heaven (Revelation 12:8). In the same way, when you fight against the enemy and overcome, he loses his position and place in your life.

The enemy often attacks where there is light. We need to wage war against the dragon and his demons. We must go into the battlefield, destroy, and cast the enemy out of our lives. Some of the battles we face are generational, having been present for ages. Our great-grandparents may not have conquered them, but it is now our responsibility to ensure that we do. Jesus does not want us to live in bondage.

As we see in Obadiah 1:17, “But on Mount Zion there shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.” This shows that deliverance comes from the Lord, and we must rise up as deliverers for our generation.

This world has always been a battlefield. We cannot afford to relax. As you stand on this prayer altar, God is making you a deliverer; He is armoring you to be a deliverer for your family and your generation. Deliverers also have the authority to judge spiritual laws that have been in place for generations.

Some people may need to pray for long hours to deliver their destinies and their families. When we fast and pray, we are giving the Spirit of the Lord space to possess us and work with us. We create an environment for the Spirit of God to move and deliver us.

Prayer Points:

1. Father, make me an agent of Your program. Whatever You are doing in this season, O Lord, make me Your agent.
2. Father, make me a flame of fire.
3. Anything that God has placed in me that has been locked, be unlocked in Jesus’ mighty name.
4. Any power that has declared my life will not go anywhere, expires in Jesus’ name.
5. Every domestic witchcraft behind the delay in my life—whether in marriage, finances, glory, career, or business—I declare the judgment of the Lord against you in the name of Jesus.
6. Every household witchcraft causing any problem in my life, be arrested by the power of the Holy Spirit.
7. Every demonic pattern frustrating any area of my life, be broken by the blood of Jesus.
8. Any evil meeting held against me shall not stand. Scatter by fire.
9. Every arrow from the kingdom of darkness fired into my life, be uprooted by the power of the Holy Spirit.
10. Any arrow of death fired into any area of my life, catch fire in the name of Jesus.
11. My life shall show forth the glory of God. My finances, marriage, career, and family shall show forth the glory of God.
12. Lord, let there be a shift in my life. Let things shift for greater. May I see Your glory in my life.
